Bikelane

Responsive Web App • Branding, UX, UI

Bikelane Solutions is an insurance provider that provides a suite of services for small restaurants and retail stores. We partnered with the Bikelane team to develop a digital hiring tool to remedy the friction in the hiring process. This tool aims to empower the employer in their hiring decision by delivering a matching algorithm and key applicant identifiers.  This dashboard also includes targeted features like the ability to view applicant videos and confirm the interest of those applicants. On the flip side of the hiring manager is the applicant. We created an online application to collect and score interested candidates.

NYC Ferry

Progressive Web App • UX, UI

In developing a proposal for the NYC Ferry mobile app, we needed to understand the end-to-end experience beyond the screen. First, we mapped the critical path to identify the high-level engagements with the ferry. Following a series of contextual inquiries, we were then able to develop a journey of the ferry-rider experience, identifying the existing pain-points and areas of opportunities. These were the two layers that then allowed us to propose a personalized interface and streamlined architecture

Lash Lounge

RFP Response • UX, UI

We developed a proposal for a tablet application that would assist in the natural workflow of stylists. In order to understand the lash application experience, we mapped the critical path and added illustrations to important steps. From this grounding, we collaborated internally to propose an app that provided a real-time visualization of the lash lounge application, both aiding the stylist and enabling the customers to make an informed decision.

Serial Box

iOS App • UX, UI

We partnered with a local startup to revamp their existing iOS app. The app is an e-book/audiobook that releases episodes of a serial each week. The revamp involved the discovery of new design patterns and the introduction of new features. One of these features was the ability to refer a friend, a feature valuable to the acquisition of new users.
